The
profile.

I'm Olga Miller, a creative director, brand strategist and web designer based in the Seattle area. I help businesses clarify how they should be positioned, how they should communicate and how their brand should evolve as they grow.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, design, content and technology. Depending on what a business needs, that may mean refining the message, evolving the visual identity, creating a new website, directing a campaign or building a stronger digital foundation behind it all.

Over the years, I have worked extensively with fashion, lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, technology and expert-led brands, as well as businesses navigating growth, reinvention or a shift in audience.

That range has shaped how I work. I understand both the strategic side of a brand and the visual instincts that make it feel distinctive, relevant and alive.

What I believe.

01

Clarity comes before creativity.

Good design cannot solve a message nobody understands.

02

A brand should evolve with the business.

Growth often creates a gap between what a company has become and how it still presents itself.

03

Taste matters, but it is not enough.

The strongest creative work is visually compelling, strategically grounded and appropriate to the audience.

04

Strategy and execution belong together.

Ideas become more useful when they are shaped by an understanding of how they will actually be built, used and maintained.

05

Technology should support the experience.

New tools, including AI, are valuable when they make communication clearer, work more efficient or the customer experience better.

06

Consistency creates trust.

Every page, message, image and interaction contributes to what people believe about a brand.

07

Good work should have some life in it.

Sophisticated does not have to mean sterile. Strategic does not have to mean predictable.

Let's build what comes next.
